Speak your emails with Unvent Flow

Unvent is a Chrome extension. With Unvent Flow you click into an email, press one key and talk. Unvent tidies what you said (the ums, the repeated words, the take-backs, the capitals and punctuation), puts it in the email, then writes it three ways: Polished, Direct and Warm. One key applies the one you want.

To turn it on: add Unvent to Chrome and sign in, open the Unvent popup and switch on Start with Flow, then click into any email, press the Unvent shortcut (Ctrl+Shift+U, or Cmd+Shift+U on a Mac), talk, and say "End Flow".

Privacy: Chrome turns your speech into text on your own computer, and no audio is recorded or sent. The text goes to Unvent to tidy it up and write your three drafts, and it is never stored or used for training.

It works in Gmail, Outlook on the web and any text box in desktop Chrome. It needs desktop Chrome with on-device speech recognition; Unvent checks and tells you if it is not available. "End Flow" is an English command.
