Refund Policy

Unvent's paid plans and credit bundles are sold through Paddle.com, our reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle takes the payment and issues any refund, always back to the payment method you used. This page explains when a refund applies. It sits alongside our Terms of Service and Paddle's Buyer Terms; where your local consumer law gives you more, the law wins.

1. Subscriptions (Pro, Pro Plus, Founding, Founding Plus)

2. Credit bundles

3. When something goes wrong

If you were charged twice, charged the wrong amount, or paid but did not receive what you bought, we refund the mistaken charge in full. Write to us first: it is usually faster than a card dispute.

4. Your legal rights

Consumer law in some countries gives you a right to cancel within a set period. Paddle's Refund Policy lists these by country: for example 14 days in the EU and UK, which ends once you start using Unvent with your consent (for credits, once a credit is used), and shorter windows elsewhere, such as Singapore, that apply even after first use. Where Paddle's Refund Policy or your local law gives you more than this page, that applies.

5. How to ask for a refund

Email jobuildsstuff@gmail.com from the address on your Unvent account and tell us which charge it is (the date and amount on your Paddle receipt are enough). You can also contact Paddle through the link in your receipt or at paddle.net. Approved refunds are issued by Paddle to the original payment method; your bank may take a few business days to show them. If a subscription payment is refunded, the paid access it covered ends.
